RULES AND REGULATIONS:
1. Rights : The organizers reserve all rights in connections with the exhibition
2. Terms of Reference: In these Rules and Regulation the Term “Exhibitor” shall include all employees’ staff and agent of any company, Partnership firm or individual to whom space has been allotted for the purpose of participating. The term “Exhibition” shall mean the exhibition known as “APREDA PROPERTY SHOW 2011”, 15 & 16 Oct 2011 at HITEX, Madhapur, Hitech – city, Hyderabad – 500081.
3. Allotment :
(a) Stalls will be allotted on “First Come First Served” basis.
(b) Allotment of stall (s) shall be made at the sole discretion of the organizers.
(c) The stall(s) allotted will be solely used by the participants for the display of goods noted in their application form. Sub-letting of stall (s) or displaying goods not covered by the original application will not be allowed.
4. Stall Alteration:
(a) All alterations to the size or position of exhibitors stand is permitted only with prior written approval.
(b) The organizer reserves the right to modify the layout of stalls, sites and gangways.
(c) The organizers reserves the right to require exhibitors to make such alterations to their stalls, the setting of exhibits as they reasonably feel necessary to meet the acceptable standard of presentation or avoid interference with the display of other exhibitors.
(d) Conversion of all allocated site to free design is not permitted.
(e) While reasonable fixings may be made to walls of the structure, any attempt involving the re installation of the original structure will be at the expense of the exhibitor or his agent.
(f) The stalls may not hangover the allocated area, nor is any obstructions permitted on gangways, fire points, extinguishers or emergency exits.
(g) Designers should avoid designs which block other exhibitors stall.
5. Stall interiors: While the exhibitors are free to decorate their to the best of their ability for projecting the right image for their products and company, they should not make any permanent fixture to the walls, panels and floors through use of nails, painting or any other such activity. Stall (s) should not be open from both sides.
6. The height of displays, exhibits and fixtures shall not exceed 2.5 mts. The organizers reserve the right to remove all such displays at the cost of the exhibitor. In case an exhibitor refuses to comply with the organizers, the organizers reserves the right to close down such exhibitor stall(s) for the entire exhibition, without any refund or compensation to such exhibitor.
7. Terms of Payment : The amount will be payable at the time of booking of the stall, drawn in favor of “APREDA, Hyderabad”, 25% advance along with stall application form & balance 75% amount on or before 30 working days.
Note: Cheques dishonored shall automatically render the booking as cancelled and the amount paid will be forfeited.
8. Cancellation: In the event of a cancellation by a participant, the booking amount paid by the participant will not be refunded under any circumstances.
9. Insurance:
(a) Insurance of the exhibits and the property of the stall will be responsibility of the individual exhibitor.
(b) The Organizers shall not be responsible in any way for personal injury to the exhibitor or his staff, agent, invitee, or licensees, how so ever caused.
10. Consequent loss: In case of the show being cancelled or suspended in whole or a part due to causes not in the organizers control, the organizers do not accept any consequential liability in any such eventuality.
11. Default on Payment: The organizers reserve the right to cancel any reservation of space in the event of an exhibitor not having paid the dues of rental charges as stipulated.
12. Space not Occupied:
A) Every exhibitor shall occupy the full stand area booked by him / her.
B) Should an exhibitor fail to take up the stand allotted to him / her, the organizers reserve the right to deal with the unoccupied space as they deem fit.
13. No Sub-letting: The exhibitors may not assign, sublet or grant license in respect of the whole or any part of the stall(s). Cards, advertisement or printed matter of persons or firms who are not bonafide exhibitors will not be exhibited or distributed from any stalls(s) except that an exhibitor may distribute cards, advertisements or printed matter in respect of companies or firms which have subsidiaries of the exhibition or the exhibitor ultimate holding the company.
14. Failure of Service: The organizers will use their best endeavors or insure supply of services of the official contractors, but as the supply of such services are not within the control of contractors, neither they nor the organizers will incure any liability to the exhibitor for any loss or damage. If any, should such service shall wholly or partially fails or cease to be available. Nor shall be exhibitor be entitled to any allowance in respect of rental due or paid under the contract.
15. Electrical Installation: All onsite electrical installation must be carried out by the officially appointed electrician / contractor before the connection to the main supply.
16. Event Call-off: If the event has to be cancelled for any reason, whatsoever, the amount already paid by participants shall be refunded after deducting the expenses already incurred / advance made by the organizers on a priority basis.
17. The exhibitor shall not solicit any business in the common bay area.
18. Participants are not allowed to make any loudspeakers announcement except on the public address system of the organizers i.e., from the reception desk, only if permitted by the organizers.
19. TDS Exemption: Organizers will obtain income tax exemption certificate from the concerned department under section 194(1) of the income tax act. Exhibitors should pay the space rent in full. Organizers under take to furnish the TDS exemption certificate to the exhibitor.
20. Jurisdiction: Any dispute between the organizers and any exhibitor is subject to the jurisdiction of the court of Hyderabad only.
