AIMS & OBJECTIVES

(a) To preserve the working system of the Real Estate Industry and remove the aberrations to provide for a better culture oriented service, with proper discipline and understanding of customers needs.

(b) “To represent problems of real estate developers of AP to the Government or other agencies and/or department of Government, in regard to permissions, clearances, conversions, sanctions, alterations, purchases, transfers and development of lands, constructions of buildings, ‘HUDA’ APSEB, connected trade bodies, Contonment Board, Director of city and Country planning etc. Besides the above, to represent to private organisations/departments of manufacturing trade and connected services to the real estate activity”

(c) to strive hard without any commercial/profit motive, in preparing a working arrangement to bring together all our fellow Real Estate Promoters/Builders on to one common platform, for mutual benefit and co-operation.

(d) to inculcate a better work culture among the real estate developers, so as to give a service oriented approach, on a competitive spirit, rather than from the point of profit motive only.

(e) to promote cooperation and coordination among the Real Estate Developers to work in harmony, to resolve their problems amicably and unitedly.

(f) to encourage among the members, a sense of rendering healthy and socially desirable qualitative services, to the common man in the realm of Real Estate Development.

(g) to prevail upon the Govt to consider ULC applicability and the need for its repealing to promote the housing.

(h) to give clarifications and counseling necessary in the real estate transactions and to avoid spreading of rumors.

(i) to provide region wise assistance to deal with problems at District level, with regard to provision of a standardized service to the common man.

(j) to bring in comprehensive guide on Real Estate in Andhra Pradesh.

(k) to procure patronage of Government for Real Estate Development.

(l) to try for co-option of APREDA members, on various decision making bodies of Government like HUDA, Municipalities, Country & Town Planning Departments etc.

(m) to prevail upon the Govt for recognition of the Real Estate as an Industry to facilitate funding, tax concessions, priority sanction of infrastructure facilities etc.

(n) to create a legal cell for the benefit of the Real Estate Developers and the common man.

(o) to create an Arbitration Committee to resolve disputes between developers, landlords and the plot /house purchasers.

(p) to obtain concessions in the purchase of materials and services by the Real Estate Developers.

(q) to try for establishment of single window system by Government, for according layout permission, electricity, water, approach road connections and so on.
