  • Conducting monthly meetings of all the members- to take stock of and analyze the problems & issues, discussremedial measures and plan course of action.- to inform the developments in the sector.- to provide information on products suppliers, service providers,
    consultants etc. – to develop healthy relations among realtors fraternity.
  • Conducting monthly Executive Committee meetings
    - to discuss plan remedial measures for various problems and issues facing the sector“
    - to review the developments in the sector- to review the results of various steps taken to resolve the issues and plan alternatives.
    - to assign tasks to various office bearers and/or committees and periodically review the progress.
  • Presenting the problems and issues and suggesting remedial actions to the concerned ministries, heads of the Government departments (MAUD, Revenue etc), government bodies (GHMC, HMDA, UDA) , Institutions, Boards etc through personal meetings/delegations and/or written representations.
  • Securing membership in various government bodies, boards and committees, present and discuss problems and issues and secure suitable solutions.
  • Organizing guest speakers sessions on relevant issues for the benefit of the members.
  • Encouraging manufactures and suppliers of new building products to arrange pre and post product launch sessions and negotiate price offers.
  • Conducting national and international visits of the members to have first hand knowledge of the developments and latest trends in the real-estate.
  • Arbitrate and resolve the disputes within the members and disputes between members and others stake holders on their request.
  • Encourage the members to follow the code of ethics.
  • Encouraging members to take up welfare activities for the benefit of economically weaker sections in the field of education etc
  • Conducting monthly & annual general body meetings and conducting monthly governing council meetings.
  • To take up market promotion activities like
    • Organizing exhibitions and property shows at regional, national and international levels.
    • To launch and operate B2C portal for the benefit of members and others.
    • To launch B2B portal for the benefit of members and suppliers.
    • To take-up publication of periodicals for dissemination of information as well as sales promotions.
