The Trees had to make way for construction activity at ESI Hospital, Erragadda. Instead of chopping the trees and continuing with Construction, APREDA successfully translocated the 30 big trees to Green Grace at Nanakramguda. This was done in the presence of Mr. Sameer Sharma, GHMC Commissioner.

(c) Property Show: Many Builders, Building material suppliers etc. were brought under one roof to showcase their products. This was held at HITEX on 30th & 31st Oct 2010. The number of visitors (registered) was 4407, while in actuality it was close to 20,000. About 100 stalls were put up and attracted builders from flung districts and some from neighbouring states too. This was a harbinger, soon to be copied by many others.
